Admin Report: Staines avenged there 6 - 0 drubbing with a tenacious display against last years champions to inflict a first defeat for the Woking C side. Mark Leonard crafted a superb 48 break to open the scoring in his first frame failing narrowly on a black along the top rail before securing the frame with a clinical 30 clearance. Martin responded well and notched up a 27 point lead in the next but Mark looked set to notch a big break but received a nasty contact on the white when on 30 losing prime position and breaking down. Martin continued to pot well and eventually recorded an excellent win to level the match score. Paul and Kelvin both struggled to gain any fluency in their opening frame but Jones found his form and contructed a game winning 47 break to put the home side 2 - 1 ahead. The good run continued in the next when Paul went in off twice from very unlikely positions. The last time being costly as he looked likely to score a few points. Jones took advantage of his opportunity and took the frame. Tony continued his recent run of form winning a cagey first frame to put the home side 4 - 1 up and looked set to make it 5 - 1 needing just one of the colours to leave Martin Mcenroy requiring snookers. A missed yellow proved costly and Martin conjured up a fine clearance to steal the frame on the black.
