LEONARD AND COURT ARE 6 REDS VICTORS!!!

In an all Woking final MARK LEONARD defeated PAUL JACKSON in a close main competition final by 2 frames to 1. In the Plate competition MARK COURT defeated GAVIN BOLSOVER by the same score after having lot the first frame.

A great turnout for the second 6 reds tournament held at Woking Snooker Centre.
The two competitions excellently organised by MARK COURT have proved very popular and the number of entries have been higher than expected. It augurs well for the forthcoming snooker season starting on September 2nd.
Many thanks to Woking Snooker Centre for once again supporting the league with free table time and the use of their fabulous facilities.

With the second and deciding leg to be played at Woking Snooker Centre on Sunday the match is perfectly poised at 6 - 6. South Beds got off to a flying start to lead 3 - 1 and had us on the back foot. It was 4 - 4 after the second two matches and we led 6 - 5 before the South Beds competitor potted blue, pink and black to win his second frame and level the team score.
